OBJECTIVE:
Optometry Divas aimed to deepen engagement within the female optometrist community and drive attendance to its annual Optometrist Retreat in Orlando, Florida. The retreat offers a safe, empowering space for women in optometry to build business skills, strengthen clinical expertise, and recharge personally and professionally.
THE CHALLENGE:
While optometrists are trained to focus on others' vision, their own visibility often goes unacknowledged. Female optometrists, in particular, juggle the complexities of leadership, patient care, and work-life balance—often in isolation.
